I lived here for 4 years because I genuinely enjoyed it. The management was helpful and returned my key deposit by cheque easily. Never had packages stolen and felt safe. But units are small and priced similarly to larger places—I paid $1115 plus hydro for a 2-bedroom. No pests and great sound insulation if rooms are on opposite sides. Elevators were quick, but the bus to campus was always packed, so I usually walked.
I emailed the management about the wifi issue and they said they're working on a fix. I'm not sure why they aren't giving everyone a heads up, but at least they know the wifi isn't working.
