The course coordinator is lovely and really helpful if you have enrollment issues. Unfortunately, the system for class sizes is based on unit enrollments, not the number of students in the year. That means late enrollees often get waitlisted, which is frustrating. I wish they'd make classes based on actual student numbers. Overall, the support from staff is good, but the admin process needs improvement.
