I did drama precollege before starting my BFA, and it gave me a huge leg up. The classes and projects were nearly identical to my first year, so I already knew the building, professors, and expectations. It's intense but not as crazy as the actual program—great for figuring out if conservatory training is right for you. Just stay humble, work hard, and don't slack off because the same professors will be evaluating your admission. If you get in, you belong here.

If you care about flexibility for majors and minors, 112 is a great class that teaches a ton. It gives a solid foundation for CS, but some projects like coding games might feel like a waste if you're not into them. For me, 112 prepared me well for 122, and I know people who did fine in 122 without taking Concepts. Overall, a strong program, but not every part is for everyone.
